Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Products must be in new, unworn condition. Products cannot show any signs of wear (sole scuffs or vamp creasing).

Once we receive the “unworn” pair(s) we will process the exchange or the refund. You will receive an email confirmation once processed.

$10 will be held as a restocking fee when using the prepaid label provided by Scarpetto.

International - Customer is responsible for return shipping. When a different item is desired, the original item will be returned for a refund and a separate order is placed for the new item.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
