Poor Service with last order

My history will show that in the past, I have ordered 5 times from your company, and it was delivered to me in Westland, Michigan. I cannot figure out whether it’s AI or incompetent staff that caused my order# 3443 to end up in Montclair, New Jersey. While processing the payment, I corrected information on your website that listed a billing and shipping address, in New Jersey. My correction was done and when payment was submitted, your software inadvertently resorted to the information before my correction and my order was sent elsewhere. How can I have ordered items from your business and there is no reference to me, in your history as a returning customer. This incident has caused me to lose confidence in your company and I may not be shopping at Scarlett’s anymore.
