Solid Quality But Spotty Fulfillment

I ordered a pair of the Pietra Premium (dark brown) and they’re comfy and stylish, although I wish the leather were a little more substantial. Then I ordered a pair of the Opera Rosso for a black-tie event — but they won’t arrive in time.

Beware of the come-on suggesting that merchandise will arrive in your doorstep within a few days; in both cases it was weeks. If you’re not in a hurry that’s fine, but the default shipping is USPS, the worst medium I know. I had to request UPS for the errant Opera Rosso — but they weren’t delivered to UPS until almost 2 weeks after I placed the order. Customer support is virtually nonexistent.
